D Shackle with Rated Working Load

ALL PRICING IS FOR A PAIR (2) SHACKLES

By law all shackles for road use must be load rated, leading to a flurry of product being sold cheaply. These high quality shackles are made in Forged Steel - using the US type - and then Hot Dipped Galvanised.

Working Loads are CE rated.

More importantly they have an inbuilt 600% Safety Factor. By that I mean the actual BREAKING load is 6 times the rated Working load. E.g. a Work Load rating of 1 tonne actually has a Breaking Load of 6 tonne. Working Load and Shackle diameter are stamped on the each shackle.
